Everything kicks off with Dalton Shannon, who has a Kickstarter underway with Wells Thompson for their MechaTon series that will conclude Wednesday, March 22, at 7:15 PM EDT. It’s described this way: “A slacker, an artist, and a witch discover an alien glove that turns anything it punches into a pilotable mech. The full first arc!” We discuss who the various characters are, how the book came to be, and what we can expect from this creative pairing in the future! A word of warning—I do help out with Scout Comics, who will publish this series, so be sure to keep that in mind!
Then everything wraps up with my interview with Sam Johnson, who catches us up on Geek-Girl and Cabra Cini Voodoo Junkie Hitwoman! He has a Kickstarter underway for Cabra Cini until Saturday, April 1, at 12:00 AM EDT. It’s described this way: “Take Jessica Jones, Deadpool, and Doom Patrol and blend them – and you get supernatural gun-for-hire, Cabra Cini!” Sam updates us on how his various projects are progressing, how this unique series came to be, and what we can expect from him in the months ahead!
